National Lottery operator Camelot agrees £4.5bn merger with Wild Elements

The UK's National Lottery operator Camelot has agreed to a £4.5bn merger with Wild Elements, the Gibraltar-based gaming company. The deal will create a global gambling giant, with operations in the UK, US, and Europe.
